Services are facilitated through Acuity Scheduling, Square, Twilio (SMS), Lindy AI (phone), and Sintra AI (website and lead management).

3. Reservations & Events

• Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by The Art Room HTX.
• Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee a booking until confirmed by our team.
• We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule events and reservations at our discretion with reasonable notice.
• Event details (dates, performers, programming) are subject to change without prior notice.
• Cancellation and refund policies for ticketed events are communicated at the time of purchase.

4. SMS/Text Message Communications

By opting in to SMS communications through our website forms, reservation system, or other opt-in methods, you agree to the following:

• You consent to receive SMS/text messages from The Art Room HTX at the phone number you provide.
• Messages may include reservation confirmations, event reminders, membership updates, and promotional content.
• Promotional messages will not exceed 4 per month.

All payments for tickets, reservations, memberships, and services are processed through Square. By making a payment, you agree to Square's terms of service. Pricing is subject to change. Refund policies are communicated at the time of purchase.

8. Venue Conduct

• The Art Room HTX reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who violates our code of conduct.
• Guests are expected to maintain respectful, professional behavior at all times.
• Photography and recording policies are determined per event and communicated at the door.
• The Art Room HTX is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
